easiest to install faucet ever
Absolutely live this faucet so far . The installation was almost too easy . I was so surprised the Glacier has the easiest to install faucet ever. I also love the fact that the touch sensor is placed little higher so you dont turn it off accidentally. And you cant beat the price

Excellent for the price!
Beautiful and very simple to install and I’m a woman. If I can install this anyone can! Stunning compared to the one we replaced. Heads up, if you have a mobile/manufactured home you’ll need different fittings where the water connects!

Loving this faucet! There are a few details I have to get used to (shutting off automatically when using manual mode and the length of hose/weight position related to my pipe configuration) but overall I recommend as a cost efficient hands free faucet.

LEAKING! I bought it less than a year ago
I bought this faucet less than a year ago. It looks very nice in our kitchen but now it is leaking and will need to be replaced. Waste of money.

Randomly won't turn on or off by sensor
Got this faucet about 8mo ago and have loved it. Beautiful design and the pull down attachment works wonderfully. The problem is after less than a year the sensor doesn't always turn on/off the faucet. I have tried changing the batteries but it didn't fix it. When the faucet is off you can hear the valve click when you wave your hand in front but it doesn't turn it on. Very frustrating. Now I just use it manually :(

Faucet loose a month later.
I liked the faucet initially, but less than a month after installing, the faucet is loose and will no longer retract back in. Very disappointed that I can no longer return. Would not recommend.

Hello Chicago. This unit does not have a snap back or magnet feature for retracting the sprayer head back to the correct position. This uses a weight to pull back the sprayer head and hose that is located on the sprayer hose under the sink. With what you are describing, it sounds like the weight is not in the correct position or the weight was not attached to the sprayer hose at all. There is a sticker on the hose to direct you to where the weight should be placed. There could also be something under the sink which is keeping the sprayer hose from moving far enough down. If you check all of that and are still having issues, we suggest you contact the Home Depot Customer Care Department at 1-855-434-5224 and they would be glad to do some troubleshooting with you as well as provide any parts you may need, free of charge, under the faucet's limited lifetime warranty. Broken in Less Than a Year
I bought this because I wanted a black touch less faucet. It looks very nice in our kitchen but now less than a year later it is leaking and will need to be replaced. Waste of money.
