What can be done with outlets that are on the wall where the Gear Wall panel will be installed?

AnswersI measured the outlet size, and where it would be in relation to the gear wall, then used a small hack saw to cut out a space for the outlet. After I installed the gear wall I replaced the outlet cover and used the finishing edge for the gearwall to make it look professionally done. I had to measure and cut those as well.

AnswersCheck the instructions on the web page. I mounted mine using 2x4 furring strips, attached to the wall with concrete anchors. I then attached the panels to the 2x4s using the color-matched screws.

AnswersIf you have a drill/drill bit that works on a metal stud you should be able to attach the wall panel. The stud needs to be as wide as a standard wood stud. I would do a test drill into a metal stud before purchasing the wall panels to see how difficult it will be.XYZ27

AnswersThe Gladiator Vertical Bike Hook is intended for use with the Gladiator panels. Firmly mount panels as instructed and tilt in the hook. Make sure it is at a height high enough to accommodate the size of the bicycle. Works well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Up until this point I have been using 4' section of GearWall or GearTrack. It does require a bit of additional assistance to get onto the wall (would recommend getting some help) but its really able to ensure it is level over a larger area and there is less consideration for matching on studs for a joining multiple pieces. Looks much better without the additional seams too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used several 8' gearwall panels to complete my area in front of my garage. I really like the way they look. The bonus was that the cabinets hang on the wall and not on the floor. As you can see in the picture I have a cement ridge around the garage floor. I would lose a lot of storage space if it couldn't hang this from the wall. It helps to have 2 people to hand these 8' panels.

This product is great for orinization and storage. I have used this product before in a previous house and highly recommend it. I stacked panels to give a 2 foot high hanging zone. I put a miter cut on some of boards to fit into a corner of my garage. Easy to cut and hang. If your not good with a circular saw I would suggest you use a table saw for a cleaner cut look or use the trim to cover edges. I dont plan to use the trim kit (sold separately), because i plan to add more sections later.

This product is a bit pricey but finished install looks great. Easy enough to put up, and versatile when in use. Fully adjustable and easy to change around the storage configurations if desired. Looks great on my gray garage walls.

Bought the gear wall panels to help organize my garage. I installed them with another person and it took about an hour or two with a stud finder. Looks great with the gladiator screws. These a very convenient since you can use multiple hooks or shelving and switch them out if your needs change. The instructions were super helpful.

Best organizational system for your garage on the planet. I am so happy I found it here at HD. The 96 inches gearwall panels are perfect for the space I have on the side of my garage doors.
Check my pictures, the first shelf serves the purpose of being my OneWheel charging station and the second shelf is to store all my different kinds of helmets (OneWheel, Motorcycle and Snowboarding).
I purchased three 96 inches (2-Pack) and used 5 gearwall panels on my garage and 1 inside my shed. I couldn't be happier.
Super high quality, great looking and multi functional. Your imagination is the limit of your possibilities with these panels.
Pro Tip: Make sure you use all the screws recommended on the instructions. These panels need to be tight on your walls to hold their own weight, the weight of their accessories and the weight of the tools and stuff you hang on them.
