Terrible construction
The cord was not the length as described as 16 feet. (Only 5) Unsightly hole in resin at the top of fountain. Crack in middle of fountain causing the plant resevoir to fill with water and overflow on the ground, depleting the recycled water. Therefore, not allowing the pump to work properly.
