Darn near Sherwin Williams for less than a third of the price.

PPG owns Glidden now. PPG is quality. They got rid of the lesser Glidden quality paints in their line. Glidden Premium + Primer is on par with Behr Marquee and some mid line Sherwin Williams. That is saying a lot, "especially for the price". You can't go wrong with the new Glidden line. Look no further. I've used Glidden Premier + Primer, Behr Marquee, Behr Ultra and Sherwin Williams. If you want the no holds bared best, get Sherwin Williams no question. If you want to paint your project TWO times buy Behr Ultra. Behr Marquee is about a 1.5 coat paint so call it two coats. Sherwin Williams is a TRUE one coat paint. Durability follows as well. Long story short, pick up some Glidden and never look back. Nice job Glidden.
