          A:  The canopy is approximately 4.5 inches in diameter and covers a standard 4 inch ceiling box. The fixture itself is dimmable, but whether or not the light dims will depend on the type of bulb and dimmer switch installed. - Globe Customer Care

            Black Cord
            These are great for the money. We ordered the red cord but the ones received had black cords. Didn't feel like dealing with the hassle so we kept them anyway.

            Exactly what I wanted!
            I got this for my pantry and will be putting in an Edison bulb so it will look even better. It has a switch built onto it that I wdidn't notice when I purchased it online. This would make it nice for a different type of installation, but we just hooked it up to the wall switch and hung it too high to reach that switch since we have 10' ceilings. The length of the red cord can be adjusted somewhat. Overall a great puchase for the price. Hubby installed it and did not complain, so it must have been pretty straightforward.
