A:  Hi there, thank you for your inquiry. The cords can be spliced before installation to the desired length. It would be recommended to contact an electrician to do this for you.

A:  There’s an Allen screw at the top of each cord. Push the cord up in the plate, to the desired height, then tighten the Allen screw.
