A:  Check the amp requirement of your fridge against the rating of the cord.  Normally you should not use and extension on an appliance.  Check with a licensed electrician

        A:  It is an outdoor extension cord and can be used on hot and wet days. Although should not be submerged into water. If you're looking for a cord for extreme cold temperatures, a cold weather extension cord would be recommended.

              The female plug end of this cord has a raised...
              The female plug end of this cord has a raised ridge which makes it impossible to plug into the receptacle on electric start snow blowers. I bought the cord specifically for that purpose so very frustrating. For the life of me I can’t figure out why that ridge is even there. Dumb design.
