What is needed to mount this to a cupola? Does the propeller spin in the wind?

AnswerThis item will need nothing extra as long as it is going into a 30" or less Cupola. if it is going into a Cupola larger than 30" then it will need an 11" extension rod, part number 301-11. and I'm sorry for the propellers no not spin in the wind.
