Stained our white siding
We like the regular Goof Off, but we bought this for some spots we got on our white siding that we couldn’t get off. This spray Goof Off actually made it look worse! Not sure what we can try next, but we can’t get this off. Won’t buy it again.

Good product, but got shorted on quantity needed.
This is a very helpful product for cleaning adhesive residue and dried paint. I don't know where the error happened, but my company had ordered one 18 ounce can of Goof Off, and when the order got picked up by our staff, the store apparently had substituted two 6 ounce cans for the 18 ounce can. The paperwork from the Lorain store does not reflect this substitution, and I don't know whether our company would be charged for this or that. Does the manufacturer not provide the larger can anymore?

Dried latex paint removal did not work
The label stated “for dried latex paint” but it didn’t work to remove the paint drips that were on my gun safe

Thank you for contacting us. Every project is different and some jobs, though small, may require multiple applications. It also depends on how thick and how old the paint is. Thicker layers of paint and how long the paint has been applied will affect the removal process.

This is a miracle product
I am not going to tell what this product does not work for. I am going to tell you what it works for: Latex paint and car paint scratches from other cars. 1- My wife just purchased a brand new car last week, and yesterday she showed me a 4" area with blue paint on top of her metallic white paint. I used soap and water, I used a scrapper wrapped in a towel and nothing worked. Finally I decided to look online and found a video of a car detailing guy recommending this product. It took all of 2 seconds to clean the paint using a paper towel. I am now a super hero. 2- I used it to clean an old paint scratch from my baseboards. (I am assuming from moving furniture) again it took about two seconds to clean the scuff paint (I have tried to remove it in the past using other products and was waiting to find time to paint over it) This Product WORKS!

Did Not Work
I bought this to remove sticky gunk from the driveway. I applied it and waited 5 minutes. it started to dry so I applied more. I then took a pressure washer. It didn't even begin to remove the gunk. I also tried it on a couple rust stains. it also did nothing for that. It smells like WD-40 for those curious.

Apply Goof Off Pro Strength Remover and allow product to loosen gunk. Scrape the gunk off the surface using a metal scrapper.

Great Product
Removing carpet glue from a concrete floor and scraping wasn’t working very well. Used Goof Off on the floors and it softened the glue so it came off much easier. Thicker spots had to be done twice but i highly recomend it. Only drawback was the highly toxic smell so have a fan and an open door to let the fumes out.

Miracle Spray
This product removed paint on my garage floor. Just spray it on and wipe it off. Need to scrub a bit. Product works well. Smell is not too strong. Highly recommended.

Worked well to remove a very hard, stuck-on mystery substance. Required some elbow grease, but all things considered, I think it did its job. The photo shows the results. For less stubborn and known adhesives I think this would work wonders! I would purchase this again.
