Will it seal a crack on the plastic part of a radiator?

I have sealed cracks in plastic radiator header tanks using epoxy adhesives but it is quite an involved process and will only last a year or two. I did not use this particular brand of adhesive. The surface must be cleaned of oil , grease and coolant and be completely dry. An area surrounding the crack must be sanded large enough to extend at least a half inch all around the crack. A patch of fiberglass cloth must be cut big enough to extend beyond the crack by at least a half inch. Apply the adhesive to the sanded area and rub it in with the applicator. Apply the patch over the adhesive and apply another layer of adhesive so the texture of the cloth is filled completely. Allow enough time for the adhesive to cure completely before using the car. This product claims to be able to withstand temperatures up to 300*F which is higher than the operating temperature of a car's radiator. There are epoxies that claim to withstand higher temperatures.
