Q:The video promo does not match the product, clearly says 375lbs, but product is rated for 300lbs only. Am I getting the cheapened version to offset company profit loss? Can companies please keep selling the version that made them famous, I'll pay!!!

          sturdy
          nice and light, sturdy and very easy to operate. put some dry graphite lube on the twisty parts. rubber ends keep ladder very sturdy against the house and they prevent any marks. doesn't wiggle a lot while climbing at full extension. i'm 6'2" tall and 220lbs. i love it. the hardware makes adjusting very easy.
