A: I would think so but not sure how safe it would be unless secured to the supporting ladders. The main support is strong enough with or without the legs down, but stability is the question that you must be confident with.

A: I haven’t attempted using it as scaffolding. It’s very sturdy and a well made product. If you decide to use as scaffolding consider the maximum weight limit and product safety precautions, unfold the legs to secure the (bottom latter) from sliding outwards and secure the bottom with the top of each.
