WARNING - this is not non-stick.
I roasted cauliflower with a glaze on top of wax paper and the glazy browned and stuck to the pan. It wouldn't come off, even after soaking, so I used Easy-Off to clean it, and the coating came off.

Worked great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan worked as expected. We did 2 test batches with store bought Pillsbury cookie dough. 1 chocolate chip and 1 sugar. We used the setting for dark pans, 325. Both batches turned out great but a bit flat. I don't think that had much to do with the pan though. It was for the most part nonstick on its own. We didn't use anything in between to test this ability. Cleaning was easy as we stuck this in the dishwasher. So far, we've not had any issues.

I bought two pans, used them once to bake cookies....
I bought two pans, used them once to bake cookies. Nothing stuck, the cookies came out great and the pans were so easy to clean. Loved them!

Cooks great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product a few weeks ago and I was excited to get to try it out. It is easy to clean and I like the color. It does not discolor easily so far after multiple uses. The cookies do not stick to the tray and cooks them perfectly. I also like the size because it can easily cook a dozen of cookies at a time.

The best cookie tray
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cookie tray is one of the best I had ever used in my kitchen. Very sturdy steel construction and love that it is nonstick. Fabulous feature. I have used this tray for also baking chicken tenders and garlic bread. Super easy clean up. Cooks evenly and the cookies slide right off making good looking cookies. I will be using this on most of my family's Christmas cookies this season. We love baking cookies year round. Highly recommended for all bakers.
