The Magnum X7 Airless Sprayer is part of Graco's Project Series of sprayers. Rated for medium duty projects, making it just right for DIY Homeowners and Remodelers looking for more power and mobility when tackling larger projects. Ideal for projects up to 15 gallons in size, allowing you to complete multiple projects every year. This sprayer has fully adjustable pressure so you can get a professional finish of paint or stain on decks, fences, sheds, interior projects or exterior house. A:  It's not made for high volume commercial use.

    A:  Hello Tyson, The 125 gallons annually is a guideline to get you into the correct paint sprayer that will meet your needs. If you are spraying more than 125 gallons annually a larger sprayer is recommended. Exceeding the amount does have the chance to cause premature wear on the seals and the pump.       A:  I think that gives you a gauge of what type of load it was designed for. Nothing magically happens at 125 gallons, but if you run it harder than that, you probably run the risk of your motor burning out prematurely and you might invalidate the warrantee.

            A:  You can spray anything you want. I used it for exterior wall, pool and other outdoor sections of my house and it worked well. Just make sure you clean it for next use.

                A:  Hello, The Magnum X7 does have the ability to spray oil-based stains. The stain needs to not contain a hot solvent and must clean up with 100% mineral spirits. The best way to determine if there is a hot solvent in the stain is to see if it is flammable. If it is flammable than you will not want to run it through the sprayer.                   Excellent Sprayer
                  Bought this sprayer to paint a basement ceiling with flat black dryfall paint. It worked flawless and sprayed the paint on evenly with every pass. Easy to clean the machine also. Very pleased with the performance of the sprayer.

                  Best paint sprayer ever
                  I have used this sprayer 2 times and it is the best sprayer ever. I just wish it had a base to carry the bucket on, other than that no complaints. I definitely recommend this sprayer.

                    This was my first time painting a house. I was very nervous about it, but the Greco sprayer worked flawlessly! It took me about 7 hours to spray the base color on our new 2250 square foot home. Honestly the job would have been faster if I could have prepped the house better. We had a few days of light rain and heavy wind prior to painting day. All in all I had no issues with the sprayer. The mainline coming off the machine to the spray gun is VERY stiff. Buying the swivel piece would have helped fight the stiff hose.

                    Exceeded my expectations!
                    As a professional Painter. Speed, precision, and quality are most important too me! I have been painting for many years and have been hesitant to try airless sprayer technology until recently. I’ve watched the countless review videos and did my diligent research. Finally, I decided to make the purchase and bought the magnum x7. The x7 is just below the pro series and is advertised as an intermediate use sprayer. I’ve used my Graco Airless sprayer on a few jobs and it is a fine piece of equipment. Their is definitely a learning curb though i am confident that after i get some more hours of use that i will learn and perfect the art of spraying. The coverage is pretty even and i am happy with the finished painted product. Painting is much faster with a sprayer. But where time is saved in painting.. it is now spent on the prep-work. I highly recommend Graco Airless Sprayers.

                    Quality and ease of use
                    I already posted a review on this sprayer this is a follow up on my second and third project, I was able to paint my barn and shed in two days, first coat day one and second coat and shed day two, the shed was in good shape so I only had to do one coat to match my barn. I'm very glad I purchased the Magnum x7, with the hook on the front to help carry a 5 gal bucket made moving around easy. With this sprayer it saved me at least a week or more using a roller and brush. I highly recommend this sprayer.

                      This Is A Beast
                      I spent weeks reviewing paint sprayers (Graco & Wagner) and narrowed it down to the Graco X5 and X7. For our needs, I settled on the X7 because of it being on a cart with wheels. We had a large project, painting the stucco exterior on 3 or the 4 walls of our ranch home. This included painting the soffits and ceiling above the front porch. This was my first time using a sprayer and it was incredibly easy to use. The parts that took the most time was the prepping and masking, as well as the cleanup. Yes, this sprayer has an attachment to hook to your hose so you can flush the pump and hose, gun, etc. But there's also the cleaning of the filters, gun, tips, etc. I plan to use this sprayer over and over in the years to come, so I wanted to take special care in cleaning each piece very thoroughly. Tomorrow I will paint a wall on our back porch with the sprayer, and in a couple weeks, the garage walls. By Fall, I'll be ready to paint our bedroom walls. I used 10 gallons (a 5 gallon bucket as well as 5 one gallon cans) for the stucco and the sprayer handled it all beautifully. I used Sherwin Williams Latitude latex satin finish. I bought an extra 50 ft hose (which comes with a coupler, giving me a total of 75 ft), as well as a 20 inch extension wand. I also bought a 36 inch aluminum multi angle paint shield to avoid overspray on the spouting & brick. Though the X7 is said to have low overspray, just know that there will be some overspray, so plan accordingly. I give Graco huge congrats for how well they labeled the sprayer, and how they did an incredible job in designing the instructions on how to use the machine. This sprayer is so powerful, yet easy to use and I can't wait to see the results of my next few projects!
