I do not see why you wouldn’t be able to. You are ultimately lining up the pattern and cutting it at the edges.

I don’t think so. It’s just regular paper but maybe if you sealed it somehow? I used it on my stairs and painted it white. It has torn in places but can’t really tell because of the pattern/location.
We used the wallpaper on a few ceilings. We had a few imperfections but one large crack that we spackled prior to wallpapering. It covers well. Make sure to get the adhesive very wet to ensure it to stick. If there are bubbles that you can not work out put a small cut in bubble and work out water/adhesive. Beautiful print and easy to work with.
