Our Lay-in Tiles measure approximately 23.75" x 23.75" in actual dimensions. In addition, there is also a Nail-up version of this tile in the same style and color that can be found at the link below,

Our Great Lakes tin tiles are aade in the U.S. of real 29-gauge tin-plated steel, some of which are powder coated to give them the finish desired. We also have samples available of all our colors to see prior to purchasing the full tiles. Thank you for taking time to review our Hamilton Lay-in Tin Ceiling Tile in Matte White. I apologize if you are having any issues with our products. Our tin tiles are approximately .5 in thickness and are able to be installed in any 15/16" or 1" grid system. The panels should not have a noticable curve in them and should lay fairly flat in your grid system. If you believe your products are defective please contact our customer care team at 800.434.3750.
