[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My latest product to review is the GL Diamond Ceramic Non-stick 5 Qt Saute Pan. I received a very pretty turquoise color. This saute pan is great for both an experienced cook or a beginner. I rate my experiences as a cook as somewhere in the middle. I had fun making eggs and bacon for breakfast, hamburgers for lunch and sausage with green peppers and onions for dinner. Everything cooked perfectly with no sticking to the pan. I used just a minimum of cooking oil. Clean up was super easy too. Handwashing is recommended for this pan and lid. It is safe to use on all stove tops except induction style stoves. The handle is easy to grip and stays cool to the touch while cooking. I really like this saute pan and lid and it should last for many years.

We are a vegetarian family and I have to cook lots of vegetable,chicken and lentils but at the same time I am also mindful of how much fat we are incorporating in our diet. The more the fat does not make a dish tasty but the right amount of everything makes a dish tasty and healthy, this is what I believe when it comes to cooking. I only use non stick pans and steel pots. The 5qt sautés pan is the perfect size for the family of 4. The pan is big and wide, means cooking the ingredients in the same level of heat. The surface is better than regular non stick, it does not require much oil/fat but a very small amount of oil can make a delicious food, no sticking at all. The key to use this pan to its optimum is to keep the flame low medium to medium low. This way the coating will also last longer . I have been cooking in this pan since the time I received it. It's so easy to cook in it a large meal for the day, with even cooking and low fat. This is a versatile and comfortable, easy to clean, just wipe off with a kitchen towel and ready for the next meal. The pan’s diamond-enhanced interior features colored diamonds that match the eye-catching exterior. I am very satisfied with this pan and cook every meal in it.

I got this a week ago, so far great, of course it's brand new. I hope it continues to perform this good in years from now, then I'll be back and let you know more within 5 to 10 years!

The pan is nice and deep so you can saute a meal for a family of 4 with chicken breasts and then whatever sauce you are cooking. The handles being soft-grip are really nice also b/c then you don't burn your hands. TIP: make sure you let the pan cool before washing it. Going from one extreme temp to another can cause the pan to peel.. which would suck.

Purchases about a month ago. Used several times. Nonstick works really well. Just be sure to cook on low to medium-low heat. It takes more time to heat up, but keeps the nonstick in good condition. High sides, lid and dual handles are very nice features.

My sons gave me the started set last Christmas and I loved them so much that I bought additional pieces. They are so easy to clean and look great. I have the turquoise ones. Definitely recommend all of them!
