One and done
Refurbishing my back deck and these hot galvanized steel nails are exactly what I needed. The galvanized surface will prevent rust and make removing easier that a screw. I have used these before and they hold "real" tight and don't seem to loosen with age. My deck is 2 x 8 lumber so I need the length that these provide. THUMBS UP!!

I used several boxes of these for roofing repairs. They were solid enough to drive straight (only bent a few) but didn't split any of the old roof wood. I think they were just the right size to attach new plywood in rotted areas and reinforce the connections where the sheathing was undamaged.
