Door rotted under 5 years
The bottom frame completely rotted after having the door under a covered porch for 5 years. After contacting Grisham they would not honor the lifetime warranty on this product. Completely unacceptable and very disappointed as I really did love this door. They expect me to rebuy the product.

Love this security door! But BEWARE of overmount!
The door looks great! Like option of using glass or 1 screen for a cross breeze during warmer days. But BEWARE of overmount versus inside mount because it will affect how & where you measure to know how much to cut off on the "Z" bar before starting.

My online purchase was unfortunately bad. I will not be ordering anything online, and probably anything from the store. The door is made poorly. The door does not fit, and is just bent in several areas. Will not buy again, was not satisfied by delivery time nor product quality. Take it, this was a specialty item, so a longer delivery is to be expected.
