AnswerJust add the legs on the sides. We did this same application in a restaurant a few years back with the hairpins on each corner. I go there a lot and it looks the same with no sag at all.

Wow!
The price of laminate kitchen tables are utterly ridiculous. The fact that I scored this 6 foot top and was able to use it as a table was a real win in my book. It is stunning, beautiful, but extremely heavy. One coat of Odie’s Oil was all I needed. I could see this lasting a lifetime!

love love love
I love these countertops. We installed these in our basement kitchen area and added a champhered edge with a router. When trying to decide whether to use this pattern, I could not find a picture of two pieces joined...so I am including it for the next adventurous soul. To finish we are doing butcher block oil which truly warms up the wood.
