1 Gal. Economy Sprayer

Junk. Right out of the box I couldn't get it to build any pressure, heard a hissing noise with each pump, could feel air seeping out from under the lid. Spend a few extra dollars and buy something better. Wish I had saved my receipt

I initially purchased this sprayer BEFORE it was redesigned...terrible product. I went back to the Home Depot to purchase another sprayer by a different producer. I was met by "Dan the Merchant" in the garden area. I did not know / realize Dan is the national buyer for ALL of Home Depot's garden products. I told him what happened with the previous sprayer, he informed me Home Depot redesigned the sprayer, and he asked me to give the new product a try. I expressed reluctance, but Dan put his money where his mouth is...literally. He bought the sprayer and asked me to give an honest review after testing it out. I put the sprayer through a workout. It performed like a champion. The redesign has created a superior product. This is one case where purchasing the least expensive in the group won't bite you on the butt!

I am going to return it ASAP not a good product will try something else

was cheap and the gasket is cheap also, leaked from the beggining, one I purchased 2 years ago was fine,

Worked great the first time. After use I released any remaining pressure by using the pressure relief valve on the side of the tank. I've been told failure to do so can cause the seals to break down quickly. Pulled it out a few days later and it won't hold pressure at all. Air is leaking out the top seal and all along the spraying wand. I have to bend over double the entire time of using so I can pump non stop. What a waste of $10. I'll be returning and getting something that will actually last. As a side note, the "straw" that goes into the tank from the spray cord is way too long to fit into this tank and has to be cut down. It's like they took a piece made for a much larger tank and slapped it into the wrong box.

Very easy to operate, efficient, price was reasonable

I used my sprayer for the 2nd time this weekend. Walked to the far side of my lawn and began spraying around a flower bed, released the trigger, but it kept spraying. And kept spraying. And kept spraying. So I have a trail from the bed to my driveway of dead spots. I finally thought to release the pressure valve, but by that time I had already dribbled a trail of roundup. The trigger never released, and I broke the lever on it while trying to fix it. It will be returned, and I hope this isn't indicative of future experiences with the new one.

is very cheap made! Once I started to put together, I was have a hard time especially with the installing the sprayer that's connect to container and the straw that's attach inside. Then once your getting ready to stray what a mess leaking from one side of the hoses and from the top air coming out just a mess. I actually threw it in the garbage.

Cannot pressurize the unit beyond enough to sputter a few drops.

I found that after pumping the air in it was very hard to get the handle to lock in. Otherwise it sprayed just fine
