Is this gun dripless?

No, you need to release the pressure on the tube to keep any material from coming out. I do a lot of trim sealing and it hasn’t been an issue for me to pull the release after dispensing material

It should just pop right out. Was the cartridge laying in the frame for a while that it might have adhered to the frame over time from paint or adhesive?
