Great Product
Just what I needed to secure this spa to the trailer so that it could be moved from the back yard to the front yard. It works smoothly and held it on securely for the move over uneven ground. I know that I will use it many times for different items that need to be secured to a wheeled base (trailer etc.) for moving around my property as well as in my truck for bringing items home from the store.

Average Tie Down
This is a very basic tie down strap. It is slightly shorter than other models and does not have rubber coating on the ratchet mechanism to protect your load. The mechanism moves smoothly and the strap functions as expected. There are no instructions included but it works just like other straps of this nature. You can't see the warning label until you open the package but it makes reference to washing your hands after touching the product. Please read the label carefully.

Decent tie down
Decent tie down, the 15 foot comes in handy more than the 12 foot ones that I have had previously. The extra couple of feet really make a difference. The buckle seems to work well, but I usually go through a set in a year or so, we will see how this one holds up. It has not broken yet and I have used it a few times, the hooks appear strong, but typically it is the buckle that breaks.

Only Basic at Best
This is a very basic and light weight ratchet tie down, but it does have a nice long strap. I've bought other products of this brand and this falls in with the rest of them. The strap is of average quality and it is of a good length, 15 feet and is 1 inch, with hooks that are like a 3/4's of a hook. The first time I even just played with the coating came off the hook, peeled some/chipped, and that was not even on a sharp edge. Now, if you need basic, light weight tie downs for holding like a tarp down around the house they be a cost effective choice. But if you need load tie downs I be real pressed to recommend these, as the ratchet is just to light weight the torque down on.

Good multipurpose tie down strap.
I have several of these in use and they are a well made, durable tie down. These are relatively inexpensive and I have used them in a number of applications. Currently, they are serving to hold one side of an awning over my drive to act as shade for the cars in the Summer. They have not faded in the Texas sun, nor have they stretched. The coated end hooks are large and non-marring. This should do the trick if you need a general duty tie down for the pickup truck bed or around the house!

Works for all my needs
I am a pro who carries many different types of loads to and from job-sites. I haul everything from tree brush, lumber, sheetrock, piping and various tools. Whenever I need to secure a load, I just throw one or two of these over the load, attach the hooks to a part of my vehicle, pull the strap tight and ratchet it down. To pop it loose you just pull in the release lever and flip the ratchet up to pop the release tab and you are set. The only thing I would not recommend using these for is pulling a load....IE towing a car, ETC. Sometimes the spring mechanism on the ratchet goes bad on these a little sooner than some of the heavy duty ones, but it usually takes several months of everyday use for that to happen. Even when they go bad you can still make them work.....just requires more effort. SO, for the price this is what I always use, they get the job done for me.

Strong and durable!
I liked this ratchet strap right out of the package. The strap is black and very strong, I pulled my minivan up my driveway with it. The ratchet itself is easy to release and tighten with just the right amount of space between each tooth on the ratchet wheel. The handle on the ratchet is long enough to provide good leverage for tightening the strap and not to long...great product and price.

Not worth it
Straight imported, stamped metal with not tight dimensions. If you were smart, you should look for a more durable name brand tie down and not risk any accidents or breakage. Junk, only reason I don't give it one star is because it hasn't broken on me yet after 2 uses.

Not terrible
Ratcheting tie-downs make hauling a load on a pickup more safe. While this one certainly does that, don't expect it to last very long -- it does not have a weatherproof coating. Weather resistant? I'm not sure. The ratchet will quickly rust. The woven plastic straps are strong, but don't expect anything industrial strength.
