Messy
Didn't like and will be returning the remaining cloths to exchange for a big sponge. Needed to wear disposable gloves because there's some sticky substance on them that doesn't wash off easily. Had to apply rubbing alcohol after the soap and water wash to remove it from my hands.

First time using
I'll be honest, I have nothing else except a wet paper towel to compare this product to so I don't know what other products would be like, but this was very helpful for me with refinishing furniture. I was able to use one cloth several times for the same piece of furniture before it stopped grabbing debris.

Great value
I use these in a professional shop all the time. They work well and are great value. Unlike others the wax remains soft and flexible and picks up dust well. I can usually use 1 cloth on several small to medium projects or a couple of large projects. As long as you do not use much pressure when using them you will not get any residue on your project, a light wiping is all you need . I've done hundreds of projects with these and have never had an issue. Definitely recommend

Redesigned
I think these have been re-designed. They used to be very poorly rated, maybe Home Depot listened to their customer's input? I used Lowe's brand of tack cloth previously and these felt exactly the same as these "new" HDX's (Lowe's brand have a 4.5/5 star rating).
The HDX's are now 3 separate sheets. They leave a sticky residue on your hands but I did not notice any on the latex painted bookshelf I used them on. Maybe a different story for exposed wood? The paint I choose is very dark so I was unable to see if it left an orange hue. I used these prior to application of polyurethane and I have to admit the finished product isn't that great. Not sure if that was because of the cloth or my technique. I will update after I complete the 2nd bookshelf with a China Bristle brush.
