The comfort and value of this wire brush by HDX is fantastic!! The soft rubber grip has a great feel and it has a contoured grip for comfort. Makes for a great 'no-slip' grip when using it in water. The handle also features a generous sized slot for hanging the brush to dry or for storage. The wire bristles are very stiff and a longer length than other wire brushes I have used. I use this primarily to clean paint brushes on an almost weekly basis. This longer bristles penetrate down into brush bristles better for faster cleaning. Honestly, the price of this brush is almost 1/3 of what I paid for a very high-end brand so the value is amazing. That other brand has stainless steel bristles that flattened into a mat quickly but the bristles never rusted. The bristles on this brush are staying stiff but the jury is out on whether the metal bristles will rust. Hanging it to dry should help prevent that issue. Otherwise I'm delightfully surprised and pleased!

If you work on any equipment, a wire brush is a necessity. Rusty parts and metal are inevitable. A good wire brush has a good handle, stiff bristles and they don’t fall out. I brushed 2 sets of lug nuts, some metal that needed welding and this piece of pipe. This brush did the jobs very well. I like the smaller size and handle, it fits my hand well. The bristles are holding up well. I would buy this brush again once I wear this one out.

Stiff bristles and comfortable handle due to rubber coating. Easy to store on tool pegboard. Good for removing rust / paint on steel furniture, concrete or brick. If you cut the corners of the plastic packaging (end toward handle) you can reuse the plastic shield to cover the bristles for storage. So you don't hurt your hand when retrieving the tool. A good value.

It’s a steel wire brush and works as intended. No assembly is required, but thought is needed to know which end is the grip. It is large enough not be confused with a tooth or hair brush. It will leave scratch marks in skin, as it should. It did not come with instructions, you should not need it.
