Great for closets with no shelves mounted. You don't have to drill holes and If you ever move you can take it with you. Things are more oranized and easy to access. Great for storing an over flow of things. I'm mad at myself for not buying on sooner.

Check county of origin if purchasing more than one rack
I recently bought HDX Chrome Rolling 5-Tier Metal racks and HDX Chrome 6-Tier Heavy Duty Metal Racks. I purchased two 6-Tier Metal racks first because the 5 Tier were not available at my store. Also purchased the 4-inch Caster kit. Easy to assemble in about 1.5 hours each. I attached the casters to the bottom after assembling the bottom shelf. I was surprised to find that the first rack was made in Vietnam and the second was made in China. Both boxes had the same part number. The rack from Vietnam had tapered sleeves with 2 locking rings that sat in the pole grooves where the ones from China only had one ring. One ring seems to be sufficient. I also found that there was a ¼ inch difference in height setting for the bottom shelf. I am using these racks end to end as I have a rug that I am storing over the winter. The height difference won’t matter in my application. Just beware that if you purchase more than on rack that you get two made in the same country.

sturdy shelves
Nice looking, easy to assemble, sturdy, holds alot.Went back and purchased a second set, and may eventually get a third. Much better than the plastic ones that I've had .

Heavy rack held by Cheap Plastic Clips t
After two hours of starting and re-starting....still no shelf. The clips are cheap plastic that did not hold the weight of the shelf let alone 600 lbs of weight. But...cannot prove since it wont stay together. When the shelves are set on the plastic clips they pop off and rack falls over. Now that box is cut and open I need to find a way to get it back to the store. Waste of time and money. More time to photo,,,down load and write this. Disgusted lately with Home Depots products. Not a deal. Looked it and install shows nice METAL clips. It will be a disaster if bumped and everything comes down on an unsuspecting person or a child.

Buy two and make three
A huge thank you to the other customer up there somewhere that hacked this shelf into three shelves. We did it too and its perfect. Installation is fairly straightforward but maybe sketch it out first or youre gonna have to take a shelf off and put a different one on there and redo it. Anyway six shelves is too much but this is perfect for three wide with different heighths for various things. I still have a few adjustments to make but this together will stretch most of the wall in my garage. Oh and if youre looking for how many 27 gal HDX totes itll hold its two per shelf with a little wiggle room on the sides. I believe the next size down holds three and rubbermaid totes are three across tightly

These are nice, sturdy shelves, and while not exactly what I need, they are as close as I have found. I'm trying to organize and store a big supply of artificial flowers using more vertical space than floor space. The flowers are bundled together and stuck in the wire holes. Round holes would be better, and the shelves don't need to hold much weight. But I can see this being perfect as pantry storage, or garage storage for seasonal items, or closet storage for shoes, towels, whatever. We put casters on the bottom of the legs to make it easy to move. The picture shows them not fully loaded. I added plastic trash cans with s-hooks for other supplies.
