Very Good Brush
This is a tricked out scrub brush compared to your run-of-the-mill scrub brush. This brush has a subtle curve that makes it a bit more comfortable to hold. It also has a layer of rubber across the middle to give you a little extra grip whilst using it, if you are using your right hand. If you are a lefty, or prefer to scrub with your left hand, the shape of the brush make it difficult to hold by the end of the brush. It is more contoured to right hand use. Overall this seems like a decent brush.

Ergonomic, but don't expect it to clean a corner
I found these brush to perform very well with combined with a powdered cleanser. It made quick work of the soap scum build up (at least 6 months) on my enameled steel tub. It even took some of the grim out of the grout on the wall tiles with fairly little effort. However, because of the shape of the brush, it won’t be hitting corners. Where two walls and a floor or ceiling converge, the brushes generally round shape prevents its bristles from reaching all the way in. Pushing harder to squeeze the brush down into the space will deform the bristles and negate any effort you’re putting into it. However, when brushing where just two walls converge, it performs with adequate results. It’s easy to hold on to and doesn’t tend to slip thanks to its design and grip. Pair it with a skinny brush for corners.

Ergonomic
I thought the shape of this brush was a little silly until I actually used it to scrub something, then I realized how smart it is (see attached pictures). The shape is sort of a "soft S" shape, which lets you wrap your fingers around the center and apply counter pressure with your thumb against the flared part. That actually lets you get a little more leverage and elbow strength compared to a standard shaped brush. I really like it. The bristles are standard strength / material (it's that plastic or nylon material they use on all the brushes now days). I would call the bristles firm, but that's what you want in a scrubber. All around a nice brush.

Good size
The HDX kitchen and bath scrub brush is a good size. It actually fits my hand better than the smaller brushes and it has stiff fibers allowing you to scrub with it hard. The handle has a cushion grip and also has a hole in it to hang it on a nail or run a lanyard through it to hang it by. This is much better than the small ones I've been using before this.

This has Microban, but it's not listed here
I specifically wanted to avoid Microban, which is an antibacterial toxic that they put in the product and they say protects after use. That means that it's coming out of the brush. I didn't want that. I just wanted a brush. But this page does NOT say that it has Microban. Hey, if the label sees it as a feature, why not put it here? It seems like a key thing not to mention. I thought I'd warn others who might also be concerned about such things. (I returned it.)
