Good, cheap bowl brush
This toilet bowl brush is very inexpensive and relatively effective. It's hard to imagine paying much less for one. But there are two issues I had with it:
(1) the bristles are extremely stiff. This was great for trying to scrub off the built-up crud at the water line, which requires a lot of friction. But it's not very good for general bowl cleaning, as when the inside of the bowl is generally discolored. It leaves certain areas untouched, because the bristles do not bend at all and therefore cannot wipe off the stain.
(2) the ventilated fold-out caddy is a good idea in concept, much better than vertical vase-like caddies that trap in moisture, but this one tips over just a bit too easily when pulling the brush out. Despite having a rubber ring around the bottom, it just doesn't stay in place, perhaps because it's too light. I have another name-brand one that features a similar design, and it stays in place much better.
Note that this brush appears to be manufactured by Quickie, and may in fact be a re-brand of a Quickie model that's sold on Home Depot for a bit more money.

Nice design
This is a nice toilet brush. The design is very good. It has an extra little reacher on the brush that allows you to get up under the rim with ease. The holder looks attractive in the bathroom. Just be sure not to lean the brush on either side. Just insert the brush straight in and the flap closes up; presto! I like that feature alot. The brush does have a nice long arm and it fits easily into the holder. I love that you can cover up the brush and everything looks neat & clean. Also, the bottom will collect any drips of water and it has a nice air slot too. Very well thought out. Very pleased. Decent quality too.

Sleek Storage
HDX created a new sleek and innovative toilet bowl brush and storage caddy. Sleek design that does not take up valuable floor space next to the toilet. Only part of the caddy opens when removing the brush. Rubberized handle gives user a firm grip. New angled section of scrubbing brushs to reach under the lip of the toilet bowl. No more turning the brush horizontal during cleaning. Caddy is also vented for drying the brush.
