This is a toilet brush only. It is not supplied with any type of a holder. It seems strong and durable. There is a hole in the handle that allows it to be hung somewhere on a wall in plain sight for anyone who cares to. It has hard gray bristles on the tip for tough cleaning jobs and softer bristles for softer jobs, I guess. Its color is white and gray.

If you need a simple inexpensive toilet bowl brush, then okay I would recommend this bowl brush.
But there are shortcomings that I feel in comparison to a natural bristle toilet bowl brush that I have from Japan.
1. Plastic Bristle are longer, sort of stiff and not as dense.. So what happens is when you are cleaning the toilet bowl with bowl cleaner, I found that you get a bit of back spraying when using and brushing the bowl. So don't get too close or you will get back spraying from the bristles on your arm or face. Wear gloves and keep face away.
2. Sure this is conical shape but with the stiff longer plastic bristles you think it would reach easily to clean the underside of the toilet bowl. Nope, you have to press a bit harder to make sure you can brush and reach the blue toilet bowl cleaner fluid.
3. Handle is nice, but because I had to press more to clean the bowl and all around, and being careful not to get back spraying of the bristles, I found my hand was getting tired faster.
4. See my pic of this bowl brush next to a natural bristle bent Toilet brush. See how short the natural bristles are, no back spraying and how dense it is too. See the bent shape, that is so you can get at the underside of the toilet bowl more easily. With the natural bristle toilet brush, no need to press any harder to reach those areas, thus less hand strain too.
So overall if you need an inexpensive simple toilet bowl brush, then this is okay, but note all the shortcomings of this type and shape of toilet bowl brush.
If I had to choose between the two, I would go with the natural bristle bent shaped toilet bowl brush but unfortunately, made in Japan, and not readily available anymore. I had it for years. Too bad HDX does have a similar natural bristle brush of this style and shape.

I really like my new HDX TOILET BRUSH, WHITE/GRAY! It has a somewhat solid and stout plastic handle, and the bristles seem to be firmly installed. A hole near the end of the toilet brush handle allows the toilet cleaning brush to be hung for storage. The white polypropylene bristles are resistant to stains, odors, bacteria, fungi, and wear. It does a pretty good job at cleaning the bowl, but, aside from that, there’s not really a whole lot to say about it. It’s a nice brush at a great price, and if you’re in the market for an inexpensive brush, this is a good choice.

Excellent heavy duty toilet bowl brush. Stiff bristles work very well at getting up under the rim. The rounded head fits easily into the bowl tunnel to get the deep down grunge as well. Handle is sturdy and can take the pressure. Total length tip to tip is 14 inches..Never thought I would be so excited about a toilet bowl brush. I have COVID to thank for that... White and gray in color with a hole in handle for hanging if needed. Shipped promptly.

Just use normal tp
I don’t understand why people use this. First of all, it hurts WAY more than traditional toilet paper. Sure, it is cheaper over time to use this, but not in medical bills. Second, it is just kind of hard to use to clean yourself. You have to reach all the way down there and the end of the handle hits the water and it’s just overall not a good experience. I talked with some people about this and all they said “that’s not what that’s for” etc and I feel like it says it right in the name.
