Easy to assemble. Lightweight and very sturdy. Due to the low overhead and uneven concrete slab under my water heater, I had to cut all four legs to make it level and low enough. Cutting with a standard manual hacksaw was fairly easy.

Overall easy to assemble and very solid. A few of the included machine screws stripped out and I had to replace them with bolts. Also, sliced a finger pretty good on an unfinished metal edge, gloves recommended.

Flimsy cheap product. I would not put more than a cup of water on this much less a water heater. Screws do not secure it together even with an impact and there is no leg braces so it is very wobbly. Beware of this product.

Sturdy and great for almost any water heater.
Setting it up was difficult due to one of the legs being bent slightly "Probably during Shipping" and making it hard to fit the screw holes. I used a hammer to make it straight again and could finish the installation.
This is built like a tank and beats any water heater base I have encountered and forget about wood bases that can get damaged with humidity. This base will last long after the house it teared down in a 100 years. 8 people can easily stand on top without issue and it will stand it.
Wish it was a bit taller like half a foot more but it is within regulation size. Do not put flammable materials below it as indicated and you will be fine.
Use a common house wrench or ratchet set to get it assembled. Do not let the water heater company sell you one, this is higher quality and will save you a lot of money if you give it to them assembled for installation.
