Impossible to keep clean
I have lived with these floors for awhile. They are so hard to keep clean, everything shows-dust, footprints, etc. I have had to experiment with so many ways of cleaning as everything streaks or leaves watermarks. Within an hour of cleaning, they start to look smudged again. With so many options on the market, I definitely recommend something else.

It is a very beautiful color. If you are looking for dark but a tint of light this is the floor for you. It does have alot of shine which I did not realize until it was installed. This floor shows it all every foot print every smudge. Very easy to clean, I use a damp microfiber cloth with water and vinegar it cleans up so nice.

My husband bought this flooring over 2 years ago at a steal (39 cents a square foot), and there are times I can see why. Overall, it's beautiful flooring and we get compliments on it. However, having pets (3 cats & a dog), plus 5 of us in the house, keeping it clean is definitely a challenge. We always thought it was because of the dark color, but in reading the reviews, it seems it's because it is high-gloss. Even when my husband mops it, it seems to leave a film. Based on the one review we read, we will definitely have to give soap and water a try next time. We would recommend the flooring to others, but only if they have minimal traffic; otherwise, it is a bit of a nuisance to keep them clean.

This product has been in my home for 2 years. I came back and installed it again in the last two bedrooms, replacing carpets. It stands up to daily wear. As a matter of fact, the living room which I did first looks the same as the two bedrooms I just did. Easy to install. I would and did buy this product again. If it is available when I buy another home, I would use it again. It is not hard to keep clean. It needs cleaning and occasional polishing just as any high gloss floor does. Below is a picture of my son installing it in one of the bedrooms.

I'm so sorry I paid all that money for this laminate and the cost to have in installed! A LOT of the laminate from the pallet I ordered was ruined. After having it all laid and cleaned we were noticing areas in the laminate that were bubbled up and had to redo several sections to replace the bubbled up ones. ALSO, IT SHOWS EVERY FOOTPRINT AND i CAN'T STAND IT...AND IT JUST FINISHED! I absolutely hate it and so does my wallet! Stay away from this product!

Exceeds Expectations Shipping not so much.
