Cottage Oak and Stainless Steel Buffet with Hutch

ISSUES: The parts go together with cam locks and cam screws. I was given a variety of types of cam locks (see photo labeled "A" - there were 5 different types) – which is weird. Some of the cam locks were in the hardware bag with the buffet and some were in the hardware bag with the hutch. I had trouble with SIX cam locks holding the pieces of wood together. I am very handy, so my expertise was not the problem. I called and they said they thought it was faulty cam locks. I received more, but had the same issue - some worked, some didn't and some snapped in half (see photos). So frustrating and I had to wait 5 days for the replacement hardware to show up. The buffet had 4 pieces that needed replacing. I found it interesting that the representative I talked to about replacing the pieces said they would only replace up to 4 pieces. (what??????) Luckily, I only had 4 pieces to replace. These replacement parts arrived in 3 days. GOOD POINTS: It is solid wood - not particle board. Very sturdy and looks beautiful. Instructions were surprisingly good. It took quite a while to put together - especially when you have all the parts laid out and you have to wait for replacements and hardware to show up. I haven't put everything in the piece as yet, but now that it is together, I am very happy with it.

We purchased this with the stainless steel top for our kitchen. We love it. As others have mentioned, putting it together was a little challenging. However, all of the pieces were included, we only used a screwdriver and a drill (in just a couple of places). Also, the directions are clear. Once together, it is beautiful. It is a solidly built piece.

Absolutely wonderful! The picture here does not do the piece justice! It did take a bit to put together but each piece and I mean every piece has a corresponding letter. The wood is gorgeous and pure solid. A great place to storage my china. So many people have complimented this piece. Thank you

This is a great piece of furniture. The engineering and fastening system is very robust, there is no particle board - it's all wood, and the finish is beautiful. It arrives completely disassembled. We spent 3 hours putting it together but I think it's well worth it. The packing was phenomenal. It's made in Thailand, packed up and shipped and there was not a single broken or scratched piece, including the glass. It arrives in 3 boxes, 2 of them requiring two strong backs to move. There are probably two parts in the entire kit that are interchangeable except for pre drilled holes. We managed to get these each in the wrong place and did not realize until we were finished to the point of fastening the hutch to the buffet. Be sure to check part numbers. Btw the directions are very clear, each piece is carefully tagged and each bag of hardware is labeled. All of the instructions and labeling is in very clear English. We needed a smaller cabinet and this one fit the bill exactly. I strongly recommend this product.

The amount of time to put together was very accurate. Everything came together beautifully and I love how solid it is! This is well worth the investment and money and would highly recommend it to everyone! It has a ton of space but doesn't take up too much space!

Beautiful cabinet. Fairly easy to assemble. Husband was impressed with the quality of the wood.
