My GPop was hospitalized with Covid/Pneumonia and while he was admitted for a week I deep cleaned his house for him. It does kick up a lot of old smells (cigarettes etc) when cleaning at first, BUT it goes away shortly and the results are amazing. Thank you so so much for this AMAZING life changer!! Even with the larger tank, I did notice it still fills up really fast (but GPop also has carpets that haven't been cleaned in 20 years) the tank life I feel would last much longer if your carpets are already semi-clean... otherwise prepare for cleaning small areas at a time (1 room then have to dump) But then again, we have really dirty carpets so that most likely has to do with the frequent changes!!! 10/10 recommend!!!

Really easy to set up
My mom bought one of these, let me borrow it next day I went and bought the same one. It works wonderfully and is so easy to use. Great for pet stains as well.

Made dog diarrhea disappear
I woke up one morning to the sight and smell of my 110lb lab’s trail of diarrhea spanning my living room carpet. It was so much that my handheld cleaner broke just by looking at it. Bought this Hoover upright and couldn’t believe how well it works. 10/10

Worst carpet cleaner I ever had
I bought this because I was excited about the larger water holder. But every time I use it I can only take two swipes and the red button goes up saying it's full. I am ready to put it in the trash it has taken me 3 hours to do one room. I will be shopping for a different brand tonight I think this one is defective!

Beyond Impressed
This cleaner is really impressive. I did basic spot cleaning first, and then went over the floor for the most part on regular wash and on high traffic areas I used deep clean. The rinse dry feature is amazing. By the time your done going over the room, it is I would say 90% dry!! Have already told a friend they need this machine in their lives!! It works!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a couple of times of renting a shampooer from stores, the cost of this is easily justifiable. Once initial setup is done is easy to use. Water goes in one side and carpet cleaning solution in the other. I like to empty and let dry after every use to prevent buildup. My only issue with the shampooer, that I've found, mostly lies with hose attachment of which I will write a separate review. Overall I do recommend this as it gets the job done and it's ease of use is very appealing.

Absolutely IN LOVE!!!
My carpets were in desperate need of a deep clean because of my cats and dog. The area by the front door was absolutely disgusting. And my rug needed to be cleaned the pictures I've attached are from only cleaning the floors in one setting.

Works well, but hard to clean
Does a great job cleaning up my puppy accidents. (house training an 8 week old lab leaves plenty of those :-) I can tell by how dirty the water is (even after a deep vacuum) that it really gets in there. Only complaint is cleaning the tank and machine is hard. There are so many compartments that are hard to reach that the dirt debris gets trapped. It's starting to smell musty. I need to do some research on a better way to get into the machine to clean out any remaining debris. Also, the machine was much pricier than other models, I'm not overly convinced that a less expensive model wouldn't have met my needs. Other wise I'm very happy with it

Good product
It has done as good or better job than rug Dr I rent at retail store. I have 4 dogs carpet needs cleaned few times a year. We rent, carpet is 30yr. 4 stars because the power switch is in bad spot.
