Does it ACTUALLY include the crevice tool it shows in pics? Bc the old model shows one in pics and does NOT include it.

AnswersIf Home Depot displays and prices the product including the Accessory Kit Included with the Crevice, Upholstery and Stair tools separately from the less expensive product without those tools it should be what HD intended. Customer's would not know to ask if they were included as they are in the ad. Then when it ships you paid more and don't get the extra tools. Not fair! Note: I only have pictures in .pdf files but I actually have a picture of the HD ad from 11/18/2020 when I made my purchase.

I love this carpet cleaner. It is very easy to use and cleans well. The battery operated spot remover wand is a bit whimpy but it does spray out the spot remover. I love the clear bins for the solutions and water. Very easy to see how much is left and how full the waste water is getting.

Before buying this machine I read a lot of the reviews and everyone was saying how nice it was that the automatic cleaning to drying feature and the automatic cleaning solution mixing was so great. Well I thought ok that seems nice but didn't think it was a big deal, I really was just concerned will it get my carpet clean. Well after using it those features are actually amazing and make the job so much easier you wouldn't believe it, I guess you have to experience it after using all the traditional machines. As far as getting the carpets clean, well I have rented all the different brands of traditional cleaning machines, even the steam cleaners. and even hired professionals but honestly I have never seen my carpets this clean. And I own the machine now so I can so easily take it out and run through the main walking paths anytime now. I love it!

Doesn't hold up
Used this vacuum a handful of times and the belt broke. Apparently the belt is not serviceable and if you "a customer" would like to replace the belt you void the warranty. Would be reluctant to buy a hoover product again. Bissell makes a very similar product at a similar price, I would go with that in spite.

Had to return first one for it leaking, get the...
Had to return first one for it leaking, get the second one and the solution is leaking into the water tank and dirty water is leaking out of the bottom just like the first one
