    A:  Hi Braylen, thank you for your inquiry. House of Fara is their own vendor. If you do want more information on their products, you can contact their customer service at 219-362-8544. In regards to ordering, due to the high volume Home Depot is experiencing, this could be the reason why ordering through the phone isn't working. Instead, we recommend placing the order online. Your customer can search the product and order with their online shopping cart. We hope this helps.

      A:  Hi Elyse, we do apologize for this inconvenience we've caused you. An unexpected large order forced us to temporally postpone sales for this item. If you care to, Home Depot has on the 8835 product page, a request for an update when this product is back in stock. All you need to do is submit your email address, and once inventories are back on line they will alert you. Usually, at the most, 2 weeks is the time needed for inventories to be replenished. Again we do apologize for this inconvenience and do hope you will forgive our unexpected outage. We do thank you for your interest in our Houes of Fara products.

          Poor Primer Quality
          The primer finish is full of pockmarks and will need to be repaired before I can install it. Waste of my time.

            The boxes the product came in were pretty beat up and the ends of almost all 16 pieces were chipped. We were still able to use the pieces but I wish the packaging had been better.

            This was the trim profile that we were looking for and we are very happy with it. For the most part the product was good. There were a hand full of pieces that had significant defects to the point that the entire 8’ piece was a waist. Luckily I ordered a fee more than I needed.
