Thank you for your question. Yes, you can finish these, but they are already finished white. You would need to lightly sand them to be able to finish them.
Are individual tiles removable to gain access to pipes/wires behind the suspended tiles?

Thank you for considering Embassy for your project! Our ceiling system is designed to attach to any solid structure, whether it’s wood or metal joists. A drywall grid could even be an option if the ceiling needs to be lowered. No wire is used in the installation. The anchors are fixed directly to the structure.
