Beautiful looking sink. Very stylish and elegant. My issue with deep sinks(and this is not as deep as most) is that they are ergonomically terrible for your back. Bending that low to wash your dishes will cause pain in the long run. I would suggest looking for sinks that are less deep. It is too late for me, as I just had this one installed, but let's hope the trend comes back to reasonable depth sinks. Who does dishes anyway these days, and why do these sinks need to be so big? We need to have bigger bathtubs and smaller kitchen sinks!

I love this sink in the mint color. It’s the perfect blue/green color. I also love the depth of this sink. It is my favorite thing in my small kitchen. You do have to be careful not to scratch it, but you can also get the bottom grid to protect the bottom of the sink.

Beautiful and blue. Although the sink is beautiful and the color is out of this world and the fact that I fell in love with it, I'm not totally sold on it. It's been installed for seven days there are fine hairline scratches and scuff marks. I have barely washed any dishes in it, I am babying it because I want the beauty to last a long time. Wash and dry after every use. Houzers' website shows it to be outstanding, they throw pots and a handful of utensils into the sink and they also use a very sharp knife to show that it does not scratch. I've contacted the company and sent pictures, we shall see what happens. Other than that, I wish it to be the best sink in the world, I am in love with it. I am going to get the grate that they sell for it, this may also help in keeping the sink from scratching and scuffing.

I'm working through a home renovation that has been over a decade in the planning. I needed to find a black prep sink to match the color of the main sink I had purchased and stored in my basement for a dozen years. Most of the ones I found were much too small for my needs, and then I found the Houzer 2500. There is also a larger model manufactured by the same organization, and I agonized over which to select, but the bigger sink wouldn't fit my new island cabinets. Now that the sink is installed, I'm glad the larger one wouldn't fit, because the 2500 is the perfect size. It will accommodate all of my pots, allow for hand and vegetable washing, but not be so large as to consume all of my cabinet space. Also, the price of this sink (on sale) fit perfectly within my budget. I couldn't be happier.
