The table is a good height for tools and fairly easily to assemble. My main complaint about the product is the light gauge of the steel which it is made of. Many years ago I bought an HTC base to support my Delta Contractor's Table Saw and it was very sturdy and could support the weight of a vehicle.
After assembling, I put my drill press onto it and became concerned over how wobbly the table was. Granted, this was a very heavy drill press (a Delta 12" drill press), but I expected the table to be more stable since it stated it is built to hold 500 pounds. The problem is that there is a lot of slop on the punched holes, allowing the legs to shift as side loads are put on the bench.
To correct the wobbliness, I added two diagonal braces between the middle level and the top level (one on each side) and that added a great deal of stability to the table.
The spread of the legs are wide enough that the stand is not 'tippy', considering how top-heavy the configuration is.

Pretty decent but one major flaw
I bought this bench to use as a drill-press stand and for that use it works just fine. I did swap the top board for a thicker and oversized board so I have so extra space to set stuff down. I also modified the bottom so the stand is now on casters so I can move it about my workshop.
The one major flaw is they supply screws to faster (from below) the bottom shelf to the frame. But these screws are about 1/8" to 3/16" TOO LONG and the sharp points come thru from below and stick up on the shelf. So you either have to grind off the screws or do what I did which was to countersink some flat-top bolts from the top side. So they really need to look at this issue.

Not bad, but needs improvement
The stand went together pretty easily right up until I was screwing the middle shelf into place. The supplied screws (wood screws) are too long and when seated go right thru the shelf board and protrude about 1/8 inch onto the shelf surface. They go in from the bottom. Well who wants 8 sharp points sticking up on a shelf, so I ended up going back to Home Depot and buying 8 machine screws/nuts/washers and have bolted it down. Yes the screw heads are above the shelf, but it's better than a sharp point.

Good inexpensive table
Nice workstation overall. There was missing hardware (BOM didn't match the assembly instructions - quantity of washers was off) but i needed to get bolts to attach my drill press anyhow.

It is sufficient for mounting my old Delta bandsaw to. At times putting it together, I wished I had 3 hands though.

The HTC Tool Table works great for my large bench...
The HTC Tool Table works great for my large bench vise. The table does not come with wheels, but the leg feet have holes that are suitable for adding wheels, which I have done.
