This video will walk you through the simple steps you must take in order to ensure a successful delivery and installation of your new Dishwasher from The Home Depot.
Please ensure the following prior to delivery:
- New dishwasher connection kit
- Water supply line (shutoff) within 6 ft. of hook up
- Electrical outlet within 6 ft. of hook up
- The rough cabinet opening must be at least: 24" W X 24" D X 34–1/2" H
- Measure your rough cabinet opening
- Verify your existing electrical and water connections
- Empty and unplug your old dishwasher

Disappointed outcome - beautiful but couldnt get to perform, not even the expert could help

I bought this dishwasher a few month ago and only received it 2 weeks ago. I got it installed and tried to run it to make sure it was working properly and it kept saying ' lock ---164". Called the manufacturer and walked me through how to trouble shoot it. None of the tricks worked. They sent someone over and the gentleman said that this was the third appliance of this model that he saw having this issue, the last one floated the customer home. I'm not sure i'm surprised it took them 3 month to deliver this product, each time the delivery was scheduled they will call a day in advance and say that they were missing a part and needed to wait for it, was it rushed through quality inspection? Possible. It's a shame because it is a beautiful appliance, makes the kitchen looking stylish and chic and that is about it. Water never went through it, thank God or else who knows. Home depot wont take it back waiting for the manufacturer to provide a different model as this is still under warranty.

We have had the dishwasher for two weeks and love it so far. It has met and exceeded our expectations for the most part. Still a little more water on the top rack in the mugs and such, however, we are also playing with all the settings to see about figuring it out. I can say our kids are glad to have a dishwasher that actually is cleaning the dishes compared to our last one.

With the touch controls being on the top of the door it is easy to accidently to touch one, recovery can be confusing. Soon after purchase two technicians had dificulty in trouble shooting the issue. Had the User Manual open on their I-Pad & no straight forward solution offered.

Great dishwasher, which was purchased to replace a very old Maytag. I like the different wash and temperature settings and the dishes come out very clean. My favorite feature is that you can run a half load, as the top or the bottom. The sleek appearance and lights on the front help to modernize the kitchen. Although at first I did not know about the Haier brand, having now read up on them and using this dishwasher for about a month now, I can tell that it's a reliable, trusted option. They will become a household appliance name soon enough.

I bought this dishwasher to replace an old Kenmore that was struggling to get the dishes clean. I can’t believe the difference. It doesn’t matter how stuck on the food is, this new dishwasher cleans them completely. It’s simple and easy to start. I also like the nightlight in the handle recess. I was limited on size and was not sure about the Haier brand but have been really pleased with my purchase. I would definitely by this brand again.
