What bolts should I use for metallic straps?

I'd like to know what size and kind of bolts I need to secure one inch electrical metallic conduits using one inch 2-hole metallic straps to a concrete wall. Thank you
Asked by: rancho
Hi Rancho, there are many types of anchors you can use to secure an EMT strap to a concrete wall. You can use #12 Philip RedHead plastic anchors. You can use a 1/4 drop-in anchor with a 1/4-20 pan head machine screw. Also there is the blue screws for concrete, 3/16 phillip head or hex head. You can find all your answers at your local Home Depot. Just go to the electrical department first, then go to the hardware department.
