Q:Can I use this with galvanized pipe and rebar? I'm nesting 3/4" pipe over 3/4" rebar but don't want the pipe to spin. Thanks!

A:  Doubtful. 3/4" pipe had and I.D of 3/4. This is made for 3/4" conduit which is much thinner wall than pipe so it probably won't fit. Go to home depot and try it in the store.

A:  This can be used and the pipe won't spin.

I do like these, easy to install .. they just need to be about 1/4 inch longer so they hold together better. Otherwise they work very well.

It was smaller than expected. The purchase was to join two 2IN. liquid tight conduits, therefore the unit should have been slightly bigger to go over the conduit, and the installation failed miserably. Terrible product.

The tightening screws would not thread into the conduit, making these couplers worthless
