I believe these are equipped with concrete nails and I used a 5lb hand sledge hammer to set them. If it is old concrete, you can used a Roto-hammer to pre-drill and attach them with blue Tap-con screws.

Easy to use. Inexpensive. Doing 3 bedrooms with these. Had to swap out the nails for bigger concrete pins since used on a slab. Started putting in the carpet on top of it already and had no problems.

I found another use for these in my vegetable garden. A rabbit had been doing a number on my lettuce. I tried the plastic forks but it did not stop them. I bought a package of these and laid them out on the perimeter and it did the trick. Watched a rabbit approach but not touch the lettuce.
