Is it a gas oven also or dual fuel?

AnswersThere are many different models for this stove the dual-fuel is gas on the cooktop surface the oven will be electric. I chose the model that is all gas on both of cooktop and the interior. I believe, both models also have a convection oven. You must check the manual for your model to be sure. Hallman Industries is in Texas and their customer service number is available for anyone to call.

AnswersEach grade is individual each grate is one solid piece and comes off as one. I have a 5 burner stove so I have five grates. It's a beautiful stove I wouldn't hesitate to purchase it again it's worth the wait.

AnswersYou can order our stove ready to use with Propane or convert the Natural Gas version with the conversion kit provided. I recommend just ordering the LP version which will have an LP at the end of the model number.

For the best placement for the gas valve and the plug outlet I would have to know what size range you're going with to give you those specs. Be still my heart.... This range is a delight to look at, works wonderfully, and was well worth the wait. It completely upgrades my kitchen. Exquisite, dreamy-looking all gas pro-range has many extras. Beautiful brass details, electric clock and timer, side cleaning panels, rotisserie insert, convection capable, all is included and more. I’m very happy with my purchase. Since I’ve only used it for 2 days I hope I never have to update or edit this review!

This product would have gotten five stars however I ordered an all gas stove. This meant, unbeknownst to me, that the oven cubic square feet was comprised and made substantially smaller due an awkward design. The top gas burner descends down from the interior top of the stove about 1 inch. This greatly reduces the interior baking/cooking capacity. I have since learned that the duel fuel models do not have this issue. Only the all gas models due to the upper and lower gas burner design. As this was not disclosed or shown on the pictures, it was dissatisfying to learn this after such a long lead time to ship from Italy, to Texas distributor and then to my home. Now for the good news. The stove is BEAUTIFUL and appears to be a quality machine. Home Depot staff and their 3rd party installer were very professional. I would recommend this purchase for anyone looking for a high end stove at a reasonable cost.

Do not buy!!! Worst company ever
Purchased this range and waited 4 months longer then estimated to have it delivered because it came damaged and they took 3 months to fix it. After it was finally delivered, it looked beautiful...that is where the positives end. The burners don't light property. The large burner goes out when turned to low and many times when turning on or off it blows up. After months of calling and emailing Hallman, they finally sent out a tech to fix it but that only make it worse. It has been almost a year of me trying to get them to fix the range with no success. I even reached out to Home Depot but they wouldn't do anything because they only have a 30 day guarantee.
