Two 15,500 brass Italian sealed triple-ring power burners which allows the internal ring to be regulated independent of the outer burner, capable of simmering to 1260 BTU up to a max. of 15,500 BTU. The removable stainless-steel griddle features an oversized brass oval burner with 10,500 BTU. A grate is also provided to place over the oval burner. Heavy-duty cast-iron grates provide a single continuous cooking surface, making it easy and safe to maneuver cookware from one burner to another. Main oven 3.55 Cu. Ft. true European convection provides even heat distribution for perfect results, complete with convection bake, broil, grill baking functions. Secondary oven 1.45 cu. Ft. is convenient for baking multiple dishes simultaneously. Main oven includes electric rotisserie hardware. Ovens feature triple-pane glass windows for added safety that can easily be removed for cleaning with mild soap (not dishwasher safe). Below the ovens there is a full-width drawer designed to keep dishes warm between 125°-200° before serving.
