A: Please note ALP90LSFSUNVDGY is compatible with 0-10V dimmer only.
A: Please troubleshoot as below and reply for a few questions. 1. Was the fixture always buzzing or did it start buzzing after time being powered/installed? 2. What are the electrical parameters of this installation? Is the fixture installed on a switch or dimmer? What voltage is the fixture installed on? Is the fixture installed on a circuit with other electronics? i.e. HVAC 3. How long ago was the fixture installed, where there any unique weather events during the time the fixture was installed. 4. Has the photocell been unscrewed and then rescrewed back into the fixture? What happens when the photocell is removed?
A: The photo cell turns the light on at dusk and off at dawn. Anytime in between a power switch would work. This is an amazing light that lights up a large area. I have two, but I also do not have any neighbors to disturb with the lights.
A: There is no switch or adjustment on the fixture to bypass the photocell. The photocell could be covered to simulate night time so it will be on day or night and they can turn the wall switch on or off. Or take photo cell off and plug in a "shorting cap" which will make it stay on all the time so they can turn off/on as desired with a wall switch. Please use the below link for shorting cap but it is not cooper lighting product. https://www.homedepot.com/p/TORK-Always-ON-Photo-Control-Shorting-Cap-5500/205580555
