The module features a LED array, regressed baffle, heat sink, trim ring and lens for quick integration with 4-in. aperture housings. With five selectable color temperatures to choose from, this recessed light trim lets switch from intimate warm lighting to a bright daylight glow. Suitable for remodeling, new construction and retrofit assemblies, this versatile HALO SeleCCTable all-purpose LED downlight is dimmable down to 5% and includes an airtight, closed-cell gasket to maximize the efficiency of your setup.

    Q:i have looked at all kinds of stuff and still confused . one says you have to have a driver on every light and then i just saw a answer to the question can you hard wire and someone said yes . can i hard wire these up to 6 to 8 and not have a driver ?

      Q:Are these compatible with Lutron Caseta Diva smart dimmers and Lutron Caseta Claro smart switches. I bought another brand that has a slight hum to the fixture due to the smart switches and I want to make sure I don't have the same issues with these.

          Easy install and very versatile
          [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really needed this downlight in my foyer. It was easy to install for it has this light socket adapter that you can just screw in and connect to the housing. I love that I have 5 selectable colors from soft to warm to cool that I can change with the seasons. Just flip a switch on the housing and the colors can be easily selected. The finish is bright white and really clean. It feels quite durable and the friction clips hold really well.

            Poor quality Very disappointed The in-housing retention design is so poor compared to original lights, be prepared for frustration and needing to improvise i.e. glue it in. It doesn’t self center because of the poor design of the three retention prongs. Just really a piece of crap. So mad that I threw out the boxes, can’t return. Expected more from the brand Halo

            Product exceeded my expectations in initial quality, much better than the lights the cheap electrician used when he installed retrofit cans. Metal housing with multiple ground options included. Let's see how long they last. I love they dim to 5% and do so without the hum my other lights made. The light they emit improves overall look of room as well as improved vision. Thank you!

            This product looks good installed. HOWEVER, the mounting mechanism is CHEAP. I have over 100 of these trim kits installed in my new home and they keep falling out of the recessed cans in the ceiling. Many of these are installed where a tall ladder is needed to re-install them. What a pain. This will now be my future, re-installing fallen trim kits for the next 30 years. Halo needs to improve their design.
