BrewStation 12-Cup Programmable Stainless Steel Drip Coffee Maker with Removable Water Reservoir

This is a replacement coffee pot. I chose the same one as before because it suits me perfectly. I like the design, the fact that I can make up to 12 cups, that I can use my cup as a dispenser

The plastic part that dispenses hot water over the grounds looks like it was burned at some point in the manufacturing process. And I’ve found little plastic splinters throughout the product. Not sure if any got into the coffee but this is highly disappointing.

I thought this would be wonderful to have since we're working from home and the cost of KCups are killing us, lol. I loved the idea of fresh brew available for 3 hrs. at a time. About 2 weeks after purchase, it started leaking...not a small leak, but everything in the tank. Leaked through bottom of tank into housing and all over the counter. Did cleaning (even though it was brand new) and everything recommended by Hamilton Beach, still leaks every couple of days. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason...except, it's very poor quality. We have started turning it off immediately after getting our first cup, (which defeats the purpose of having a brew station), but unless I immediately dump the tank, it's going to leak. I even tried tightening the screws on the underside of the tank, just in case. Do not waste your money, because you won't be able to return it, you have to deal with the manufacturer directly, which is a pain. It would be nice to just have it hold up from the start. Lo and behold, as I am typing this review, it started to leak...see photo below.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best machine I’ve ever used for brewing coffee. It’s fast and easy and the features make it a simple and less messy way to enjoy coffee every morning. I will start with my favorite feature, the removable water reservoir. This is incredible. I love being able to simply lift it off and take it to be filled up under the tap. No more water all over the counter from the traditional carafe that always seems to spill water everywhere. I love the options for setting a time for how long to heat the coffee and also a setting called bold for when you want coffee a bit stronger. My family fell for the iced coffee option on this brewer, and that’s going to be a money saver for us since they will be making iced coffee instead of buying it at the store now. This machine makes coffee pretty fast and it’s hot hot hot. You can see the amount of coffee in the tank on the opposite side of the reservoir and there’s a lift off handle under the coffee basket to empty any remaining coffee. This is also a handy option for me as I use my brewer to make tea every day as well. I can just remove the brew basket, lift up in the handle and pour the liquid from the coffee tank. Easy as can be. Dispensing coffee into your cup or travel mug couldn’t be an easier either. Simply press gently against the coffee dispenser bar until your cup is full. This too is great since like I mentioned before traditional carafes tend to spill coffee as well when pouring. I did notice the first time I used this brewer my coffee did taste a bit stronger and smoother. I also think the coffee tank keeps it fresher longer as well. I would definitely recommend to anyone who loves their coffee to give this machine a try. You won’t be disappointed. It’s an easy and convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was lucky to review the Brew Station as part of the Hamilton Beach Ambassador Program! I specifically wanted to try this for my husband. His traditional drip maker was on its last drip. First, this coffee maker is very sleek and takes no more space than the traditional style coffee maker. It is very counter top friendly and attractive. Next, it is SIMPLE to set up, set the timer and use. But the big score is the warming tank that holds the brewed coffee! No burned coffee pot anymore!! And though a traditional coffee maker has a warming element to keep a pot warm, it seems because this has an enclosed warming tank for you to dispense coffee as you want, the coffee stays warmer and FRESHER longer! The only 2 points I do need to Mention is: 1. There needs to have a better rubberized bottom on the machine itself. When we press the dispenser, the machine does slide on our counter. He problem was remedied with a vinyl placemat. 2. The warmer does make a bit of noise. My husband reported that the noise sounds as loud as the brewing function. But it isn’t enough to be disturbing. Overall this coffee maker is an excellent idea and a terrific addition to our counter!!

Love that I can set the coffee maker to brew before I wake up and can set it to keep warm for up to 4 hours after it brews. My daughter absolutely loves the iced coffee feature. It is a great feature I never expected. I have done away with my other coffee maker that was supposed to brew great coffee because it was always bitter. With my new coffee maker I never have bitter coffee even when I set it to bold. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a great coffee maker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this coffee make over a week ago and I'm very happy with the sleek design, and especially no glass carafe. My wife tends to break them often. It make the coffee quick and clean up too. The only weird thing is that it's a tad noisy. It lamost sounds like the coffee is boiling after it's finished brewing. Extremely Happy Over all
