Double Baskets!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Hamilton Beach Professional Deep-Fryer! This comes with 1 - Huge basket for frying a large quantity or 2 -smaller baskets to fry different items at them same temperature at the same time how convenient. I like how you have a vented cover so the grease doesn't splatter everywhere. I recommend this Deep-Fryer to family and friends.

Great flyer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my Hamilton Beach Deep Fryer. What's not to like. There is a choice of using 2 smaller baskets for cooking separate dishes, or a third larger basket if you need to cook a big batch of food. All the parts are easy to assemble. The fryer is simple to operate and the food comes out delicious with a nice color. Best part is the trouble-free cleanup.

This Thing is a Monster!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is fryer is huge! Comes with 3 baskets. At first I considered frying a whole small chicken in here. I have never been able to fry a decent piece of chicken, ever! The results were perfectly cooked and delicious. The family loved it and that dinner will go down as a PLUS in the history of my kitchen. Comes with two different types of timers. Easy to break down/clean and dispose of oil. A+ Frying unit.

Never bake again
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to wait a bit to decide what I’d try to review. I decided on onion rings, cheese sticks and curly fries...of the three the cheese sticks won out...not greasy but, awesome. I was surprised at the amount of oil required but being it’s reusable it’s not a issue. These products were prepackaged so results may vary. My next attempt will be chicken tenders which I know will be perfect. A great product with loads of options. Attention does need to be given to temperatures and cooking times when cooking two items. I cooked the onion rings and cheese sticks in the separate bins since temp and times were close...I had to cook the fries in the bigger bin since cook time and temp were different. a wonderful addition to household.

Hamilton Beach Deep Fryer
I stand by Hamilton Beach products. They are a reputable company. This deep fryer is nice. The double baskets allow me to fry my breaded shrimp and fries at the same time.

A Good Fryer
This fryer performed as expected. The capacity of the large basket is a good size. Frying time for a basket full of fries was a total of 14 minutes. (I did a 7 minute pre-cook, allowed the fries to cool, and then did a subsequent 7 minute fry.) It is easy to clean because of the way all of the parts of the fryer disassemble.
