It isn't attached to the dishwasher. Mine is attached to the countertop frame and the floor. It is an end cap for the countertops and the dishwasher.
I don’t believe this panel is made to be stained. It has a white plastic type coating finish. It is not a wood finish.
This is a rectangle with a trim piece from top to bottom on 1 edge. No toe kick cutout - it goes straight down to the floor

Not applicable to our use, we used two and built a cabinet for the dishwasher, because there was no under the counter space for one. Then applied a granite top to match my kitchen counter.
