How dies my Hampton led rock light work what is the wire for
Placement of a solar light is all-important. For best results, the solar cell should face south and positioned on an angle so it is perpendicular to the sun. The surface of the solar cell should not be shaded by foliage or structures at any time during the day. If the light has an automatic on-off sensor, it should not be placed near any other bright light source, such as a street lamp, because it may cause the light to shut off prematurely.
I can?t remove the film it says you have to remove
It's important to remove the protective film from the solar panel to ensure it charges correctly. If you're having trouble removing it, try using a piece of tape or your fingernail to lift a corner and then peel it off.

Does this come with any batteries?

I left them out over winter. I hear water inside them. Should i just throw them away?
Unfortunately, if your solar rock lights have water inside them after being left out over winter, it's likely the internal components have been damaged. It's generally recommended to bring solar lights indoors during harsh weather conditions, especially freezing temperatures, to prevent this type of damage. While you can try to dry them out thoroughly, there's no guarantee they'll function properly again. If drying them out doesn't work, it's probably best to replace them. Can the batteries be changed and what size
Hi Gjgjgjgj - Unfortunately this item is currently out of stock.
How do I change the batteries? Opened the bottom plate but there are wires in the way of installing any batteries.
Hi Tess - Once you open the bottom plate and remove the protective covering, the battery should slide in and out while the wires remain in place to the side of the where the battery sits.
